We are having trouble with extra time pulling through even though it has been booked for some of our Edexcel online tests.
I phoned edexcel and they have now re-booked this students particular test but have said I need to delete the package with this student in so the new test can be downloaded. They have asked me to do the following
Go to the C drive then to the datastore folder then a file called ecdatabase. Delete this file then restart the centre service.
I can't access the datastore folder so I'll need IT support to do that but has anyone done this and did it work?
