Hi Joanne
Are you doing evaluation using realist approach. Me too. The literature that I find online are mostly based on review rather evaluation(of intervention that my case). Would you mind sharing your experience with literature search that you find evaluating any program/intervention using Realist approach.

Hi Rachel,
I’m the opposite to you... live in Warwickshire (not too far from Cov) and study in Nottingham! We have a realist group at Nottingham uni based in medical school. We meet every 6-8 weeks and provide peer support for our various projects. Is this the kind of thing you’re looking for? There’s a lot doing reviews but a few like me are doing evaluations too.
Send me a message if this is the kind of thing you’re interested in.
Thanks
Jo

I am aiming to identify which contexts and mechanisms influence the effectiveness of interventions to reduce interruptions to medication administration and then use this knowledge to identify what will work within a paediatric intensive care unit.
