I have a copy of it as well.
It's only of historical interest - biased towards an abstract/objectivist notion of language - commonly accepted half a century ago but quite meaningless today -- see my semantic turn, a ne foundation for design

Dear J-H Raff,
I have it - of course also - but only as a copy from the printed version in 1961.
The best would be you ask Dr. Mäntele from the HfG Ulm archiv, he could really help you.
By the way: some days ago T.M. became 95 years old.
Yours
