Hi Ricardo,
Your best bet to find experts on statistics is to approach people in statistics departments or in the sciences. Depending on your project, you go to a science of that time. They have good experts. If you explore econometric tools, find these experts and work directly with them. In your university, you might have better statisticians than on this list.
Best wishes,
Lubomir

Subject: Inferential statistics applied to design
Hi fellows,
I would like to know:
Is there anyone here interested on applying inferential statistics to study design issues on typography, comprehension, interaction, human behavior or on something like that?
As inferential tools I mean:
linear regression,
multivariate statistics,
factor analysis,
cluster analysis,
logistic regression with chi-square tests and so on?
I am interested on using some of the econometric tools already used on Economics, for example, to approach design issues.
It would be nice to keep in touch with researchers that have a similar interest.
