Thanks for the updates - it looks like it is an old problem that has reoccurred - our work around is go to the institutional login on the article and access via Shibboleth. We have the same problem with OUP journals as well with Ezproxy

We seem to be okay at the moment, but I did get a message from T&F last week that said there were some problems, and they knew about it. The email actually said "grace access" which I did find slightly bizarre.
