On the migration app all I have as options on the left side are Home, Status, Inbox, Outbox, Logs, Help, Settings.
I can't see any option for pending files.

Hi All
Is anyone still having issues with the connection on A2C for Edexcel? Apparently they have sent .ERN files with our BTEC candidate numbers but we haven't received any and every time I try checking the received files the connection goes to 'exception occurred'. I've updated the access key but that didn't work.
I've emailed Edexcel again to try and resolve the issue but in the meantime is anyone else still having problems?
