The issue of academic plagiarism has, again, become topical news, engaging the British government's Minister for Universities and Science, and one may ask, when higher education is truly international, if this is a particular UK problem? BJ

The amount they charge is dependent on the complexity of the essay and tightness of deadline, but a PhD dissertation can cost as much as £6,750.'
