Hi Sutirtha,
We have a patient with 24 g/L IgM (kappa) who's 25(OH) Vitamin D on Architect is >400 nmol/L.
Assay by LC-MS returned 54 nmol/L.
So far, this is the only one we are aware of re Vitamin D - although of course we have seen IgM interference at various times in a number of other assays.
