Dear all,
We have a professorship open in the Department of Geosciences and Geography at the University of Helsinki that may interest some of you. We are seeking a dynamic scientist with research interests broadly in the field of geochemistry, and who might take advantage of modern analytical facilities including the Geofluids laboratory[1]. The appointment can be made at the assistant, associate, or full professor level depending on your career stage, and the assistant/associate professorships are tenure track positions.

I would be happy to answer any questions related to the department and university from the perspective of an international researcher. Other questions should be directed to the head of the Division of Geology and Geochemistry (Tapani Rämö - [log in to unmask]) or head of the department (Juha Karhu - [log in to unmask]).
Best,
Dave Whipp
