There does appear to be an issue with EDEXCEL/A2C, I have had continual problems downloading our paper based FS results, and had a problem with our GCSE results as well
It was resolved by EDEXCEL sending me the result files to my EOL mailbox and then fixing my access key
I haven’t looked since August to see if there are any further issues, I have not experienced any such anomalies with the other A2C boards that we use

Hi all
Has anyone had an issue with the Edexcel connection on A2C
It's showing in red with 'exception occurred' and when I click the 'check connection' it goes to green (which you would think would be ok). However, as soon as I try to upload a file the status goes back to red.
I've tried updating the access key but that didn't work.
Any ideas before I go to our wonderful (or not so) Edexcel Account Specialist.
