Mine did that but then when I went into send/receive in the inbox it went back to red!!

Hi all
Has anyone had an issue with the Edexcel connection on A2C
It's showing in red with 'exception occurred' and when I click the 'check connection' it goes to green (which you would think would be ok). However, as soon as I try to upload a file the status goes back to red.
I've tried updating the access key but that didn't work.
Any ideas before I go to our wonderful (or not so) Edexcel Account Specialist.
