Re methane, its the worst greenhouse gas, so best to keep it in the ground as far as possible. Cows produce it naturally. Consuming so less , or zero of their products and drastically reducing their numbers would both reduce climate change and release land to grow (ideally organic and local) vegetables, fruits and grains as food instead.
