Dear FSL developers and experts,
I am using with great delight the FSLeyes interface.
I get an error message though when I open a z-map from a nipype analysis
and overlay it on the standard MNI_152_T1 and then switch on the atlas
pane. It says (in red, on the atlas panel): "The selected overlay does
not appear to be in MNI152 space - atlas information might not be accurate!"
Is this somehow a common issue? The images appears visually to align
well the MNI152 template. I imagine it could somehow be related to
information written in the header of the z-map, could that be the case?
Is there something I can do to check that the coordinates are really in
line with the atlas?
Any thoughts or help appreciated.
Best wishes,
Floris
