I'd be grateful for any input from the forum on a development we're considering at Ingenta Connect. We're keen to improve accessibility in line with min. level AA of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Guideline 3.1 (Readable: Make text content readable and understandable), an element of which would be a text to speech converter. We're exploring options with Readspeaker<http://www.readspeaker.com/>.
Does anyone have practical experience of this system (or indeed other T2S systems)? Would it add real value to a provider such as Ingenta Connect for readers and researchers?
