The New York Academy of Medicine is again offering “Teaching Evidence Assimilation for Collaborative Healthcare (TEACH)”. An intensive 3 day integrated workshop experience, TEACH showcases intensive training in the GRADE system in a small group learning framework facilitated by experienced members of the GRADE Working Group. GRADE instruction takes place within an interprofessional learning environment that encompasses the essential domains necessary for delivery of evidence-based health care. The GRADE training option is supplemented by tracks built around the disciplines of knowledge translation (KT--sometimes called implementation science) and quality improvement (QI). In both plenary and small group formats, internationally recognized TEACH 2017 faculty will draw from both KT and QI to equip attendees to enhance the effectiveness and scientific rigor of practice improvement efforts. The TEACH program is for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, librarians and other health care professionals. It utilizes small group learning supplemented by plenary sessions.
