I used to be a tolerant delete person, but the flooding of my emails with one-to one messages copied to countless other people is in danger of turning me grumpy.
Could colleagues please take the time to understand and learn how to use distribution lists effectively; they are, after all, just another channel of writing.
(and yes, I DO know I am writing to all, again, but if it's not made clear, how will people understand?)
