Dear colleagues,
As some of you know, the next Participatory Design Conference<http://www.pdc2018.org/> is taking place next year in Belgium. As in previous editions of PDC, we aim to continue strengthening dialogue with and opportunities to learn from practitioners active in commercial, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
We'd be very grateful if you could kindly forward the below expression of interest to practitioners or organizations in your network that might be interested in participating to and sharing knowledge with the PDC community.
Best Wishes,
PDC2018 Industry Chairs

PDC2018 - Expressions of interest from PD practitioners outside academia
Previous PDC conferences have included contributions from international organizations such as Google, Intel, IBM, Lego as well as many NGOs, civic organizations, governments and municipalities from around the world. Come and join us to help grow the PDC community!
If you are a PD practitioner working in the industry (e.g. commercial, government, and not-for-profit organizations) and would like to get a better grasp of how you can contribute and learn from the PD community this is for you! In this edition of PDC we plan to provide tailored support for practitioners active in commercial, government, and not-for-profit organizations so they can submit their work to any of the PDC submission categories, instead of organizing a special practitioners track.
Are you interested in this type of support? Send us an expression of interest (1 A4 max) before September 1st, 2017. We, Industry Chairs, will review all expressions of interest, provide feedback on the contribution as well as guidance on the most suitable submission category for a potential manuscript. Chairs might additionally offer or help finding coaching options or co-authoring support.
