Hello,
VBM_tstatX is the raw t-statistic for t-contrast X in your model, VBM_tfce_corrp_tstatX contains the ( TFCE-corrected ) 1-p values for t-contrast X and is the main result you will want to look at, the exact number ( e.g. VBM_tfce_corrp_tstat1 ) depending on which contrast you want to see the results for.
