Hello, VBM_tstatX is the raw t-statistic for t-contrast X in your model, VBM_tfce_corrp_tstatX contains the ( TFCE-corrected ) 1-p values for t-contrast X and is the main result you will want to look at, the exact number ( e.g. VBM_tfce_corrp_tstat1 ) depending on which contrast you want to see the results for. The randomise user guide: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Randomise/UserGuide has a bit more information about the naming scheme used in the randomise outputs.
