Could you try changing l.59 of suit_reslice_inv.m:

such that it reads:
V_source=spm_vol(char(source));

I've tried googling the error, but haven't found any results that are especially applicable based on examples I've found (not neuroimaging data). I'm not sure that I'm using the correct files for images to write, I have been using wsuit_mc_<name>_nii. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.
