Dear Colleagues,
NHS Jobs: Vacancy: [156-CSCS17-0125] Senior Clinical Scientist - Band 7
I would like to draw your attention to a vacancy for a Band 7 Clinical Biochemist at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust, Truro.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team of enthusiastic and committed scientists. The post holder will have the prospect of making a real contribution to our evolving service. We are moving into a refurbished Blood Science Department alongside a new Managed Laboratory Service contract providing replacement equipment and technologies. The department has significant input into the delivery of Medical education for the University of Exeter and we have a range of on going research interests and collaborations. RCH is an excellent place to train and develop new skills, and further study will be actively supported.
Cornwall is a beautiful county which offers an exceptional quality of life and provides many opportunities for outdoor activities such as sailing, surfing and walking its rugged coastal pathways. There is a thriving arts and theatre scene, as well as an eclectic mixture of restaurants, cafes and bars.
To apply for this post you must be HCPC registered as a clinical scientist in biochemistry (or within twelve months of achieving this).
Please contact me; Dr Anthea Patterson (Cons Biochemist) if you would like further information or to arrange a visit. [log in to unmask] 01872 252546
