While I (think) I understand your intention – how can we best develop and encourage the best conditions to advance and evolve our design list to "self-manage a transcendent conversation”? – I fail to see what sex-change operations for either you or me have to do with a discussion on gendered practices in disciplinary discourses. Perhaps a poor choice of illustration?
