medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
You might want to take a look at: Bart Koet (ed.), Dreams as Divine Communication in Christianity. From Hermas to Aquinas. Peeters: 2012. It has a paper by Bart Koet on dreams in Jerome and Augustine, including references. The volume also has papers on dreams in medieval theology. See the index: http://www.peeters-leuven.be/toc/9789042927575.pdf
And there is: Dreaming in Christianity and Islam: Culture, Conflict, and Creativity, ed. by Kelly Bulkeley,Kate Adams,Patricia M. Davis. Rutgers Univ Press, 2009 (but not specifically about Augustine).

More precisely, De genesi ad litteram/The Literal Meaning of Genesis (as opposed to Augustine¹s other works on Genesis). There is a relatively recent translated into English, by Edmund Hill in the volume On Genesis published by New City Press in 2002, as part of their series of collected Works of St. Augustine: A Translation for the 21st Century.
