Call for applications: Visconti Studio Winter School, 13-17 February 2017
The Visconti Studio Winter School is a unique learning experience with analogue recording and production. The Winterschool is taught by the master of analogue recording, Tony Visconti, and by the Visconti Studio team at Kingston University London.
During this week you will be learning how to operate our tape machines, work effectively inside the large acoustic space, and facilitate recording sessions with a guest artist by working alongside the master himself. The week will include lectures, hands-on training, tracking and mixing, and at the end of the course, you will receive Visconti Studio Winter School certification. There may also be the opportunity of further internships working with Tony Visconti for the best in the group.
Fee: £895 (including lunch, refreshments and evening meals for the 5 days)
You must be available to attend daily sessions at the Visconti Studio from 10am - 9pm from Monday the 13th until Friday the 17th of February 2017.
