Mitie are looking for an experienced records management professional to provide records management services to our global insurance and financial services client.



This is newly created role, the purpose of which is to provide excellent BAU records management services to our client. The Records Manager will:



*        manage storage suppliers;



*        lead the record management team across multiple sites;



*        provide regular monitoring and reporting to account manager and client;



*        conduct training and awareness activities;



*        carry out retention and disposal reviews;



*        review and improve business classifications;



*        and develop a stakeholder network across lines of business and globally.



The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our client, able to provide timely guidance on disposal strategy, electronic systems, and records governance.



As the role is new, this is an opportunity to develop the programme of work and make it your own.



The Records Manager position will be based in London, in a central City location, and will require regular travel to Norwich.  This is a permanent role.
