Have just received my first request for an 'ELF. Is anyone offering this test?
Is it available on multiple platforms? I notice that ELF is trade marked indicating that only one manufacturer can deliver the test. Is NICE recommending a test that only one manufacturer can deliver?

Shouldn't this be a National Service?
