For those following the twists and turns of the Apple vs Samsung case relating to the design of iPhone and Galaxy mobile phones, it’s back in the news due to Samsung’s appeal against judgement.

I make no judgement of the merits of Apple’s case except to say that the iPhone being used by the passenger sat next to me on a train turned out to be a non-Apple product. It would be a great service to undergraduate ID students and their tutors if the designers’ statement could be published in a more designer-friendly form… anyone have any influence here?
