Hi all,
I installed FslView in two OSX machines (Version: 10.10.5 and 10.9.5) and I am using FSLView (3.2.0) to generate some masks. However, I can't seem to save the masks in *.nii.gz (as it always outputs them in *.hdr *.img). I can use mri_convert to do this conversion but I feel this is an extra step that I would like to avoid.
thanks for your help,
Rodrigo
I made the following checks (based on the email below) but no luck. Any help? :
$cat ~/.bashrc | grep $FSLDIR
export FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
$cat /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh | grep FSLOUTPUTTYPE
FSLOUTPUTTYPE=NIFTI_GZ
export FSLOUTPUTTYPE

Below is a previous post that I found:
Hi,
did you start fslview from command line or the dock/application folder?
Try it from command line.
Cheers,
Andreas
