Here I am using the tool FIRST of FSL to segment subcortical
areas. The command I used is as following:
run_first_all -i data35.nii -o data35Seg
This command is for data35.
However, in the Linux system, at one time, I can only
process one data with one command. I need to
process many T1 images at one time. I mean, just let it run.
I tried the shell file of Linux as following for two images.
#!/bin/bash
run_first_all -i data35.nii -o data35Seg
run_first_all -i data36.nii -o data36Seg
But it didn't work well.
