Dear Collective
We do hydrogen breath tests but patients being patients are now demanding that we also check for xs methane production.
Does anybody have a breath test and a suitable detector for methane? And if you do, are you willing to let me know of the cost of the test? Unfortunately I cannot share any patient history as they were referred form St Elsewhere but suffice to say there were detectable low hydrogen concentrations.
Any information gratefully accepted.
