I must apologize, but I do not recall the incident you described yesterday. I would welcome details so that I can check the list archive. I might have suggested that you create a second list that serves as a safe space for certain kinds of conversation. I can't imagine suggesting that you leave PhD-Design.
I request appreciate enough details about the incident and my comments to you to be able to place your post in context.
