Hi, everyone
I'm trying to use B0 unwarp in FEAT to correct EPI distortions on my DTI data. I've been able to calculate a field map correctly, and to follow all the steps in the FSL practical (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/graduate/2009_2010/reg_prac_2010.html#fugue) but when I hit 'Go', I got the following error message and no report was generated:
couldn't change working directory to "/path/4D_data_file": no such file or directory
while executing
"cd $FD"
(procedure "fullFirstLevelAnalysis" line 7)
invoked from within
"fullFirstLevelAnalysis $session"
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if { $fmri(level) == 1 } {
for { set session 1 } { $session <= $fmri(multiple..."
(file "/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/feat" line 389)
where "/path/4D_data_file" is what I entered through "Select 4D Data" on Data tab, without the extension ".nii,gz". Why would FSL try to cd to a file location? FEAT guide says that when using "Registration only" or "Post-stats only", "Select 4D Data"will change to selection of FEAT directories. But I was using "Pre-Stats" only and I do not have a FEAT directory yet. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Yifan
