Hello,
The web-page you are using is quite out-of-date - the current FSL practicals and lectures are available from:
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/
also it sounds like you might be using an old version of FSL, if so we strongly advise updating to the latest version ( 5.0.9)
Kind Regards
Matthew

I've been able to calculate a field map correctly, and to follow all the steps in the FSL practical (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/graduate/2009_2010/reg_prac_2010.html#fugue) but when I hit 'Go', I got the following error message and no report was generated:

FEAT guide says that when using "Registration only" or "Post-stats only", "Select 4D Data"will change to selection of FEAT directories. But I was using "Pre-Stats" only and I do not have a FEAT directory yet. Any ideas?
