Dear all,
Has anyone implemented a post-engineer checking procedure that goes
further than cal & QC?
We have had fliers on assays caused by deteriorated tubing that was
not picked up despite numerous engineer visits and then not picked up
on our post-visit QC checking procedure.
Thanks,
Sally
