Dear Film-Philosophy Colleagues:
We are pleased to announce that with two months to go, getting on for 120 Speakers and Delegates from three dozen countries have already signed up for 'FILM & MEDIA 2016: The Fifth Annual London Film & Media Conference'.
The event will be held on 7-9 July 2016 at the Friends’ House Conference Centre (opposite Euston Station) in Bloomsbury, Central London, UK.
The focus for this year’s conference is ‘Questions of Cultural Value’. We are looking forward to another vibrant and globally oriented gathering.
The conference will be led by Keynote Speakers Prof. Graham Murdock (Loughborough University in London, UK) and Prof. Yvonne Tasker (University of East Anglia, UK).
The event seeks to celebrate, analyse and critique the worlds of Film, TV, Digital Communications and Popular Culture, and to provide a convivial research forum for emerging and established scholars worldwide.
For full details of the conference and of our ebook series, 'The London Film & Media Reader', now in its third bumper edition, please visit the conference website at www.thelondonfilmandmediaconference.com.
With all best wishes,
