Suggest stick to the lab, and use a HS Trop - as per the recent NICE guidance for rapid rule out.

Subject: POCT Troponin
Dear ACB Mailbase,
Does anybody have any experience with the use of point of care Troponin testing? My consultant has been asked to put together a presentation to include the virtues (or not) of POCT and would be grateful for any details that you have regarding your experience, such as the method/manufacturer that you use, or if having a POCT method is beneficial.
Many thanks in advance
Rachel
