Hi Caroline
It's down to dismal results, the online tests are very chunky and poorly constructed, the students are getting very confused. The practice online tests do not give you a score at the end which doesn't help. Our paper based results are better.
Kind regards
Julie

Mornin' all
We moved from Pearson to C&G from September, I'd be curious to know why you guys are moving (we changed from Pearson to move away from the fixed paper-based windows).
Kind regards,
Caroline

Subject: Functional Skills
Hi All
We are looking at going from City and Guilds to NCFE for Functional skills, and I was wondering what you think about them, and your experiences good or bad.
Many thanks for any replies at this busy time.
Julie
