Can I join in too please? I've just tried to import my BTEC Result file 5 times into the system and it doesn't work. Despite ordering 15/16 basedata, they are sending me the wrong one. The nice lady at Edexcel has tried really hard to help me and the answer from the technical peeps is that sometimes it just doesn't work!

* Package 2 of 2 delivered just now with 15 Maths papers in - there should be another 100 kicking around somewhere - what has happened to Package 1 of 2? Reported it to Helpline, "oh don't worry, they will turn up later today or tomorrow. If tomorrow, does the courier companies storage facilities meet the JCQ 'a box within a box' requirements
