While sorting through some articles I found a pdf print of an article/paper without any information on the author(s). If it weren't for the fact that occasional highlights indicate it's a draft, I would have assumed I downloaded it from academia.edu, but people wouldn't upload unfinished drafts, surely? Googling the title ("A review of butchery practices and carcass disposal in mediaeval towns and cities, as studied by zooarchaeologists") doesn't help, so it was probably re-named for publication. The paper deals with British medieval towns and the lastest reference is Broderick 2012, so it's relatively new.
Does this ring a bell with anyone? Can you help me find the author (and the book or journal it was printed in)?
