Dear Sharon, James and All,
We have made considerable progress this week in tackling the problems experienced recently and CJO has been largely stable over the past 48 hours. However, we have decided to leave the message about intermittent downtime on the site until we are absolutely sure of stability. The planned downtime on Sunday between 07:00 GMT and 13:00 GMT is still going ahead and should provide additional support to the platform.
The issue with DOIs reported by James at Salford is an unfortunate by-product of the work we’ve done to tackle the problems. The DOIs should now be OK again, as we have just implemented a fix.
We apologise for the problems experienced by readers and customers in accessing CJO during recent days. We have a large and dedicated team working hard on these issues, so please be assured that they are being given the highest level of priority. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a specific time for complete resolution.
We will provide further updates as soon as possible.
Best regards
Tristan
