Dear All
Our Gastro team insists of having dual markers of liver fibrosis (i.e. P3NP and hyaluronic acid) to help them decide whether to carry out liver biopsy. I would appreciate it very much if you give me your thoughts on this. Have you received similar requests to implement the “Southampton traffic light Scoring”?. Are there any guidelines that you are aware recommend this dual approach?
Regards
Rosa
