Andrew -
Yes, thanks for reporting this. We're finding that links to OUP articles are only working about half the time, so we're currently advising our users to put 'https://' at the start of the url if they land on an error page.
Hannah -
We spent about a year querying this with OUP before giving up; we were told that Highwire doesn't support Shibboleth from their mobile site, and had no plans to do so. If you have any more luck, let us know!
Cheers,
Tom

Subject: Re: [lis-e-resources] Oxford Journal linking problems
Hi Andrew
Thank you for sharing this, we've added it to our library Known Problems webpage to pre-empt any questions. I would appreciate it if you could update when Oxford let you know this sorted.
We also have an ongoing technical issue logged with Oxford which other libraries may have reported. Off campus institutional login via Shibboleth to Oxford journals via a mobile phone doesn't work, the only option to access Oxford journals off campus on a phone is to choose to revert to the full site, rather than the the mobile version. This is an issue which may not affect many people, but we have a distance learner who is doing all her research on a mobile phone so it is causing problems.
