Dear All,
I am still trying to fix the error with FLICA. I think that the issue is with reading in the data and it is perhaps something small that I am missing.
In looking at the FLICA site, it mentions to add the following
1 addpath([getenv('FSLDIR') '/etc/matlab/'])
2 addpath /usr/local/fmrib/fmt/
3
4 outdir = '/my/output/directory/';
5 mkdir(outdir)
I have added line 1 to my matlab path and also the FLICA directory, but I think that the line 2 is specific to people on campus, unless that package is available to those off campus ? Do I need to add a separate package to my matlab path that I am missing ?
Also, I am using the nii.gz files output from the dual regression which ran without any issues, but I am still getting the following error
Error using fread
Invalid file identifier. Use fopen to generate a valid file
identifier.
Error in read_avw_hdr (line 17)
testval = fread(fid,1,'int32');
Error in read_avw (line 26)
[dims,scales,bpp,endian,datatype]= read_avw_hdr(tmpname);
Error in flica_load (line 41)
[vol dims scales bpp endian] = read_avw(Yfiles{k});
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
