Dear All,
I am trying to use FLICA, but received the following error
Undefined function 'read_avw' for input arguments of type 'char'.
I looked in the directory flica folder that I downloaded (flica_2013-01-15.tar.gz) but this function is not in there. Am I missing something ?
Also from the example, I am a bit confused on how to set up the Yfiles variable for the file names. Can I use a wild card for example
Yfiles = {'/path1/to/file?.TYPE1.nii.gz', '/path2/to/file_?.TYPE2.nii.gz'};
or would I have to set up the Yfiles as follows
Yfiles = {'/path1/to/file1.TYPE1.nii.gz', '/path2/to/file_1.TYPE2.nii.gz',...
'/path1/to/file2.TYPE1.nii.gz', '/path2/to/file_2.TYPE2.nii.gz',...
: :
'/path1/to/fileN.TYPE1.nii.gz', '/path2/to/file_N.TYPE2.nii.gz'};
Thank you for the help with this.
