The University of Oxford's Transport Studies Unit is set to run the "New Technologies and Changing Behaviours" Leadership Programme in March 2016 as part of the Global Challenges in Transport short-course series.
"The programme examines the evolution and uptake of contemporary mobility systems. Individual sessions will explore emerging contemporary mobility cultures in different global regions, diffusion and new perspectives on the role of technology in changing behaviours and energy reduction, and the sociocultural dynamics of behaviour change. The programme additionally offers an overview of new and emerging smart technologies and behavioural intervention programmes and provides insights into current projects and initiatives across the globe."
The 4-day programme runs from the 15th-18th March 2016 with programme fees including all materials, 21 contact hours and 25 hours CPD awarded by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Additionally, all meals and refreshments are included as well as a special Welcome Lunch, a Formal Networking Dinner and an End-of-Programme Dinner. Programme fees also include 3 night's en-suite accommodation. Applications are now open and the fee structure can be found below.
