I’m probably not the person to ask.
I doubt that many web users would spot any difference between the two urls and would more likely be swayed by context surrounding the link.
In a page of search results I’m going on excerpt first, but with identical levels of interest piqued I’d click the .co.uk option over the .co (who uses .co domains anyway?)
