Your standpoint is very clear, thank you for taking the time to elaborate.
I suggest you are underestimating the importance of human intuition and
intelligence while overestimating the importance of gathering vast amounts
of information.
This is illustrated when you say:

and
*In contrast, computer systems are much better at reviewing large numbers
of combinations of elements that could make up potential designs.*
But aren’t the above statements similar to saying that all that was
necessary to write the play *Hamlet* was the ownership of a dictionary?
