Another tip is to remember that people wouldn't be there if they didn't
want to hear what you have to say. If it's a parallel session then they
chose to come and if it's the only session running no one is forcing
them to go. Remembering this can help with the nerves which can be a
real barrier to preparing a presentation/workshop.
