Further to my last message, our latest endocrine distribution has just been closed. We now have one user who has informed us that they are using the Roche II method. The attached shows the bias plot for this distribution where the Roche II method is agreeing well with the ID-GCMS Reference Method value.

We had a similar dilemma few yrs back. We compared Siemens vs roche cortisol responses and there were significant differences. Looking at literature and clinical discussion we dropped our adequate level between 450-550.
Latest discussion if cort >300 does it need a synacthen test!
