Very correct visualization and presentation of the whole issue. More or
less its the same situation in almost all developing countries. Fast pace
of development without a thought! hence these occurrences as a result.
This needs to be shared with all in hierarchy of system in Korea and
elsewhere. At least one should be able to realize then second comes the
correction.
